Replacement Keys & Maintenance
As part of our commitment to all our customers, we will replace FREE of charge any lock case or barrel that has failed. While failures are rare we will give any of our workshop fitted locks a lifetime warranty. It is important to remember that the locks are an external moving part, so they are subject to all elements of weather and dirt. A small amount of maintenance is required to ensure your locks remain as new.
We supply two sizes of approved lock lubricant:
- 250ml spray £7.99
- 500ml spray £11.99
Broken or Lost Keys
Following the installation of your locks, we will issue you with a security card (image to follow) it is important to keep this card safe. this card will carry information relevant to the locks on your vehicle. The number printed on this card will allow us to re-issue you a new set of keys on an overnight delivery *if ordered before 2 pm.
Customers who have had locks fitted elsewhere will require to give us some form of ID for security reasons we are unable to re-issue keys without a valid form of ID.
